The Netherlands
For the Netherlands we use a FAST delivery time.
Namely Mon to Fri about this 15.00u ordered is shipped the same day! Also delivery on Saturday.
For special care products via pallet transport, a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days applies, this is specifically stated with the relevant articles.

Belgium and Germany
For Belgium and Germany we use a FAST delivery time.
Namely Mon to Fri about this 15.00u ordered is also shipped the same day and usually delivered the next day!

Trace code
As soon as the package has been registered with the carrier, the trace code will be sent, also check your SPAM folder. If it happens that a product that has been ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, or temporarily unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

 

Shipping costs:

Free Shipping for parcel post above the € 25, - to NL, BE or DE!

For orders under €25, we use a shipping rate of €6,75 for all packages within the Netherlands.

We also deliver our products abroad (Belgium and Germany), for this we use adjusted shipping costs. We charge €8,99 for these packages.
For pallet shipments to BE or DE we charge a pallet transport contribution of €49. This is immediately displayed in the shopping cart.

Price deviations:

We reserve the right to price variations. We will inform you of price changes. You then have the option to dissolve the purchase agreement. All our prices include 21% VAT.

Shipping Europe:

We deliver our parcels daily to all countries in Europe. The delivery time may differ per country, but the package is usually delivered within 3 to 4 days.

The shipping costs per country are calculated in the shopping cart, your package will always be shipped insured for free. This way you can be sure of a safe delivery and a complete product.
